Vet Set Go was created to help aspiring veterinarians of all ages. Through our articles, videos, games and community features, we introduce tweens and teens to the veterinary profession and help them explore a dream. We are also working to support students in veterinary schools.
To become a veterinarian, most students will go through four years of college and four years of veterinary school.
To become a veterinarian, most students will go through four years of college and four years of veterinary school. This is twice the amount of schooling a typical college graduate must go through and it can be very expensive. Vet Set Go wants to ease this burden. That is why we work to give a portion of our proceeds to veterinary students.
We have been able to support veterinary students such as Megan Dayton, a veterinary student at Oklahoma State University. Her aspiration is to become a small animal practitioner. When asked when she first decided to become a veterinarian, Megan says “I decided to become a veterinarian when I was 5 years old. I received a veterinarian exam kit for Christmas and would practice on my dog everyday -- ever since then that is all I have ever wanted to be.”
We want to expand our reach and truly support this future generation of veterinarians. You should know that that every purchase of a Vet Set Go product helps us in this cause.
Thanks for supporting Vet Set Go.
