Vet Set Go has agreed to provide professional advice for free to all purchasers of the Become a Veterinarian Quiz for a limited period of time. Purchases of the Become a Veterinarian Quiz should only be made by parents or guardians. All Free Advice communications will be between Vet Set Go and the purchasing parent or guardian via the email address provided at the time of purchase. By participating in this advice program, the purchasing parent or guardian certifies that they are at least eighteen years (18) of age. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to prevent use by a minor of their email address and to ensure all communications are with an adult legal guardian. It is the discretion of the parent and guardian to convey any advice or information provided by Vet Set Go to the aspiring veterinarian.
The complementary advice will be provided by Vet Set Go, LLC located in St. Augustine, Florida.
Participation in this limited advice offer constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to A) full and unconditional acceptance of these Advice Offer Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Vet Set Go, which are final and binding. B) release, discharge and hold harmless Vet Set Go from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in the free advice program or the use or misuse of advice, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage; C) allow Vet Set Go permission to use verbatim questions and concerns in a blinded, anonymous) manner across any media for any reason for instructional purposes to benefit other Vet Set Go members
The participants in this offer agree to limit all advice to only topics involving preparing for a veterinary career including but not limited to:
• Science classes to take in school
• Ways to begin volunteering with animals
• Best way to find a veterinarian to shadow
• Different types of veterinary careers available
Advice will be limited to 3 questions for each participant.
The Free Advice program WILL NOT include veterinary medical advice. Advice on pet history, illnesses, injuries, diagnosis or treatment will not be provided at any time.
The Free Veterinary advice is provided as a supplement to the purchase of the Become a Veterinarian Quiz at the sole discretion of Vet Set Go. This program can be initiated or terminated at any time.
By accepting the complementary veterinary career advice, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Vet Set Go and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the career advice, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the advice program or receipt or use of the advice. including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the advice, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the delivery of advice (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) spelling or grammatical errors, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the advice, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the advice, the cancellation or postponement of the free advice offer, the processing of advice or in any advice related emails materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the advice. Advice recipients further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of the Become a Veterinarian Quiz, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney's fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the advice administration. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the advice shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Florida. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the advice, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida.
Information collected from entrants is subject to sponsor's privacy policy except where the privacy policy and 3C of these rules conflict, where item 3C should take precedence.
