Students in grades 6-12 are invited to the South Carolina Aquarium to observe various essential positions at the aquarium. In the past, students have shadowed mammal behaviorists while they study the animals, aquarium educators while they teach the public about aquatic life, and aquarists while they work to keep the place running. This is an opportunity to get first-hand knowledge of what it’s like to work at the South Carolina Aquarium, which is home to more than ten thousand plants and animals.
