During my 2019 School year I participated in a vet science CDE basically It was a commotion all about the vet world. I learned how to give oral meds and how to halter a horse along with various vet terminology and parasites. I also Identified animal breeds and practiced math skills used in a veterinary clinic. Overall I loved it and if y'all want to know what this event is visit FFA.org and find your local chapter and enroll then once you go to a meeting ask about the Vet Science CDE and how to prepare.

I did this competition too! It was a lot of fun. Our practicums were a bit different and due to covid, we only got to go to one judging competition :(
