Why become a vet?

I want to be a small animal veterinarian specifically working in general practice! I volunteer because it gives me the opportunity to gain experience and work with animals on my time and to be flexible with my life! I think just my shadowing opportunity in general was extremely beneficial and my favorite volunteer experience! The vet volunteer app is extremely helpful when logging your shadowing hours and allows you to record every experience to make future applications so much easier! Recommend it for all prevet students!
