Win a Scholarship to Virtual Veterinary Camp This Summer

The 2021 Become a Veterinarian Camp contest started! Merck Animal Health is partnering with us to help eight lucky aspiring veterinarians win scholarships to Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine’s Virtual Jr. Vet Camp this summer. The Jr. Vet Camp will be held from July 13th -15th, 2021.

The 2021 Become a Veterinarian Camp contest started!

This three-day camp is the perfect opportunity to explore veterinary medicine at one of the premier veterinary colleges in the United States. You’ll learn from professors on all all kinds of subjects like suturing, equine physical exam, anatomy, surgery, parasitology, and exotics. It is a great way to explore your dream of becoming an animal doctor will meeting the students and faculty of a major veterinary college.

To enter have your parent GO HERE and fill out the entry form. You must be a rising 6th, 7th and 8th grade student and tell us your story in 300 words or less. We want to know things like:

• Why you want to be a veterinarian
• Why you love animals
• What you have done to get animal experience or learn more about science

Then find a photo with you and your favorite pet or performing your favorite volunteer activity. When you are ready, your parent should enter you essay and photo here. Important – Only parents can enter their future veterinarians in this contest. SEE OFFICIAL RULES.
